We aim to make ordering DuraGlides straightforward for schools, businesses and individual customers. Please review these terms before completing your purchase.

Orders and payment

We accept supported online payments and approved school purchase orders. Orders generally require payment before shipment unless a school purchase order has been approved.

Shipping

Most orders are typically shipped within one business day via UPS Ground. Shipping costs depend on package size, weight and destination. Standard shipping is within the continental United States. Contact us for a shipping quote or any special needs.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Please contact us before returning merchandise so we can provide return instructions. Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Product use

Check chair-foot compatibility and the installed fit before use. Standard sizes are not a guarantee of fit for every furniture design. Use care with delicate or specialty floors and consult your floor manufacturer's guidance.
